| Summary, etc. | تعتمد هذه الدراسة على منهجين هما المنهج الوصفى التحليلى التأصيلى: و منهج النقد و التقييم: و المنهج الوصفى التحليلى التأصيلى يتمثل فى إلقاء الضوء على جريمة غسل الأموال ببيان نشأتها و مفهومها و آثارها و أساليب ارتكابها و أركانها التى تتألف منها و الإجراءات الجنائية التي تحكمها سواء كانت إجراءات تقليدية أم مستحدثة و إظهار كيفية التعاون بين مختلف الجهات و المؤسسات الوطنية أو بينها و بين الجهات و المؤسسات الأجنبية من أجل مكافحة الجريمة أو منع وقوعها: و ذلك من خلال القراءة الموضوعية و التحليل العميق لنصوص القانون: بشرحها و الوقوف على معانيها و استجلاء مراميها قياساً على ما جاء بالقواعد العامة. أما منهج النقد و التقييم فيتمثل في إعمال المقارنة بين التشريع المصرى و التشريع المقارن - دولياً و وطنياً - لبيان أوجه التشابه و الاختلاف و إظهار ما للنظم الوضعية من إجادة أو قصور فى معالجة هذه الجريمة: و أيضا إظهار مدي تأثير أو تأثر كل منهما بالآخر: و مدى استجابة التشريعات الوطنية للأحكام و التوجيهات الدولية. بجانب عرض ما أنتجه الفكر القانوني: وصولاً إلى النتائج و الأهداف المرجوة من هذه الدراسة |

| Summary, etc. | This study is based on two methods; the oriented descriptive-analytic method and the evaluation-critical method. The oriented descriptive-analytic method casts light over money laundering crime by declaring its origin, concept, effect, methods, elements, and the criminal procedures that control it; traditional procedures or modern procedures. It also shows the cooperation between different national authorities and organisations, or between them and foreign authorities and organisations for the sake of combating and the prevention of the crime. This could happen by giving an objective reading and deep analysis to provisions of law through interpreting them, understanding its meaning, and its intentions according to the general rules. On the other hand, the critical evaluation method draws a comparison between the Egyptian legitimation and the Foreign legitimation on the international and national level in order to show the similarities and differences between them. And to state the success and the failure of the ordinances in tackling the crime. In addition, this method also declares to what extent they affect or affected by each other, and to what extent the national legitimation complies with the international provisions and guideline, besides exposing what the legal thought brings about, and the wanted results and aims of this research. |
