الرسالة تناولت موضوع الجذور التاريخية للقانون الدولى الخاص. دراسة فى فلسفة القانـون. و قد مهدنا للموضوع بالتحدث فى فصل تمهيدى عن التلاقى بين القوانين و تحـدثنا عـن تطبيق القوانين الأجنبية فى مصر البطلمية و فى مصر الرومانية من خـلال قسمين. القسـم الأول تحدثنا فيـه عن تطبيق القوانين الأجنبية فى مصـر البطلمية من حيث أسباب تطبيق القوانين الأجنبية فى مصر البطلمية و تنظيم التنازع بينها و التأثير المتبادل بين القانون المصرى و القانون الإغريقى فى مصر البطلمية. و القسـم الثانى تحدثنا فيـه عـن تطبيق القوانين الأجنبية فى مصـر الرومانية من حيث أسبـاب تطبيق القوانين الأجنبية فى مصـر الرومانية. و التأثير المتبادل بين القانون المصرى الإغريقى و القانون الرومانى فى مصر الرومانية. و ختمنا بفصل ختامى بالتحدث عن علاقة القانون المصرى المعاصر بالقانون المصرى الفرعونى. |

The study speak on a subject of historical roots private international law. This study is a study in the philosophy of law. This study begins with the principle of consensus between the laws. We speak about the forgone law in Egypt. This study is in two section.<br/>Section one speaks of the application of foreign laws in Egypt. We will talk about aspects of the application of foreign laws in the conflicts, mutual influence between Egyptian law Greek law.<br/>Section two speaks of the application of the law in Nasr in the Roman mutual influence between Roman law and Greek law. In the end, the researcher spoke about the relationship between current law in Egypt and Pharaonic law. |
