| Summary, etc. | ليس ثمة ريب في أن العصر الرقمي، الذي انتشر فيه الإنترنت انتشارا هائلا، قد شاعت فيه التجارة الإلكترونية E- Commerce، التي تتيح العديد من المزايا؛ فقد أصبح من الممكن لرجال الأعمال تجنب مشقة السفر والانتقال من بلد إلى آخر للقاء شركائهم وعملائهم، وأصبح بمقدورهم توفير الوقت والمال من أجل الترويج للمنتجات والخدمات، كما أصبح في متناول المستهلك الحصول على ما يريده دون التنقل أو استخدام النقود التقليدية، وكل ما يحتاجه المستهلك هو اقتناء جهاز كمبيوتر، وبرنامج مستعرض للإنترنت، واشتراك بشبكة الإنترنت.<br/>ومن أهم ما يُميّز التجارة الإلكترونية عن التجارة التقليدية، أو ما يجعل للتجارة الإلكترونية خصوصية تتميز بها عن التجارة بمفهومها التقليدي هو الوسيلة التي تتم التجارة بها أو عن طريقها؛ حيث تتم من خلال بيئة إلكترونية، تستخدم فيها وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، وعلى رأسها شبكة الإنترنت. ويعوق نمو التجارة الإلكترونية تخلف الآليات القانونية التقليدية عن التعامل معها، تلك القوانين التي وضعت لتنظيم نوع آخر من التجارة؛ هو التجارة التقليدية التي تعتمد على السلع المادية والنقود التقليدية والتعامل بالأوراق والمستندات الورقية كدليل للإثبات، في حين أن التجارة الإلكترونية لا تعتمد على هذه الوسائل؛ حيث تسلم المنتجات والخدمات إلكترونيا، كما يتم الوفاء بنوع جديد من النقود، تعرف باسم النقود الإلكترونية أو النقود الرقمية |

| Summary, etc. | There is no doubt that the digital age, in which the internet has spread massively, has also seen the rise of e-commerce, which offers numerous advantages. Businesses can now avoid the hassle of traveling from one country to another to meet their partners and customers, saving time and money promoting products and services. Consumers can also obtain what they want without having to travel or use traditional cash. All they need is a computer, an internet browser, and an internet connection.<br/>One of the most important features that distinguishes e-commerce from traditional commerce, or what makes e-commerce unique from commerce in its traditional sense, is the means by which commerce is conducted. It takes place through an electronic environment, utilizing modern means of communication, primarily the internet.<br/>The growth of e-commerce is hindered by the failure of traditional legal mechanisms to deal with it. These laws were developed to regulate a different type of commerce. Traditional commerce relies on physical goods, traditional money, and paper documents as evidence. E-commerce, on the other hand, does not rely on these methods. Products and services are delivered electronically, and payments are made using a new type of money, known as electronic or digital money |
