| Summary, etc. | تعتبر جريمة السرقة بالإكراه من الجرائم التي تجمع بين الاعتداء على النفس و المال معآ : ففعل الاستيلاء على مال الغير يتحقق بإخراج المال من حيازة المجني عليه و إدخاله في حيازة الجاني . و بإعتبار أن هذا الأخير قد يصطدم بعقبات أثناء قيامه بهذا السلوك : فإنه يستعمل أية وسيلة قسرية لتعطيل قوة المقاومة لدى المجني عليه أو إضعافها لديه تسهيلآ للسرقة محققآ بذلك فعل الإكراه : سواء أكان عنفآ موجهآ لجسم المجني عليه: أم تهديدآ بإستعمال السلاح |

| Summary, etc. | The crime of robbery is one of the offenses that combine between assault on the soul and money together. Seizing the others' money is achieved by removing money from the possession of the victim to the possession of the offender. Considering that the latter may collide with obstacles while doing this behavior, he uses any forcible means to disable the strength of the victim resistance or to weaken it to facilitate theft, thus achieving coercion, whether it is violent directed to the victim's body, or a threat to use weapons. This crime is severely punished by prison in the Libyan law; life imprisonment or rigorous imprisonment in Egyptian law. The Libyan legislator alone reported a penalty for the coercion occurred by using weapons or the threat of it. That was represented in the death murder for those who killed the victim, whether he stole his money or did not steal it, or amputating his right hand and left foot only for those who stole the money |
