| Summary, etc. | إن موضوع التنظيم القانوني لعقود خدمات الاتصالات من المواضيع المهمة التي أثارها الواقع العملي: و تكمن مشكلتها القانونية الرئيسية في اختلال التوازن العقدي بين المشترك قليل الخبرة و مقدم الخدمة التاجر المحترف و هو الأمر الذي دعانا إلى إعداد هذه الدراسة لمحاولة إيجاد السبل التي توفر اكبر قدر من الضمانات التي تحمي المستهلك المذعن من تعسفات مقدمي الخدمة. و قد بدأت الدراسة حول التعريف بالاتصالات و المعلومات: ثم تحدثنا حول عقود خدمات الاتصالات ممثلة في أهم هذه العقود و هو عقد الدخول إلي شبكة الإنترنت من حيث بيان أركانه و المسؤوليات الناشئة عنه سواء بالنسبة لمقدم الخدمة أو المشترك |

| Summary, etc. | Nowadays the legal regulation of telecommunications services contracts is considered as an important issue. The main legal problem of it is the imbalance contractual between the inexperienced consumer and the professional merchant service provider. Thus, our target of this research is to find ways in which more guarantees are provided for the submissive consumers to protect them and save their rights from the abusive service providers.<br/>The study began with an introduction about communication and information; followed with a section of the telecommunications services contracts. In this first section the most important contract "internet access contract" was discussed in which its main principles and the responsibilities arising out of it for both consumer and service provider were highlighted.<br/>The second section highlights the most important electronic information services contracts, with more emphasis on discussing the most common and important contract "subscription in the banks of electronic information including configuration and effects".<br/>The research has concluded with a number of recommendations which in general aim to protect consumer's rights from the tyrannical service providers. |
