تناولت الرسالة موضوع المسؤولية الجنائية للهيئة الاعتبارية عن جريمة غسل الأموال في القانون السوري و المقارن في باب تمهيدي و قسمين. في الباب التمهيدي تم تناول موضوع مصادرة عوائد الجريمة، حيث تم تعريف عوائد الجريمة وضرورة التوسع في مصادرتها، والنظريات المتبعة في مصادرتها، و الموقف التشريعي من مصادرتها بشكل موسع. و في القسم الأول تم تناول موضوع المسؤولية الجنائية للهيئة الاعتبارية، من خلال التعرف على مزايا الأسلوب الجنائي في مساءلة الهيئات الاعتبارية بين الأساليب الأخرى والموقف التشريعي منه، و من ثم تناول نطاق المساءلة الجنائية و آثارها. و في القسم الثاني تم تناول جريمة غسل الأموال، من خلال التعرف على التطور الذي حصل على تجريم إخفاء عوائد الجريمة، والتعرف على البنيان القانوني للجريمة. ثم تم عرض النتائج والتوصيات. |

Dissertation addressed the issue of criminal liability of body corporate for the crime of money laundering in the Syrian law and comparative law at the preliminary chapter and two sections.<br/>In the preliminary chapter, the subject of confiscation of proceeds of crime was tackled, where the definition of proceeds of crime and the need to expand in the confiscation, and theories used in the forfeiture and confiscation of the legislative position extensively.<br/>The first section deals with the theme of criminal liability of body corporate, by recognizing the advantages of the method in the criminal liability of body corporate among other methods and where it stands with legislature. The first section also tackles the scope of criminal liability and its effects.<br/>The second section deals with the money laundering offense, by recognizing the evolution of the criminalization of hiding proceeds of crime, and identifying the legal architecture of the crime. |
