| Summary, etc. | تعتبر جريمة غسل الأموال من أجسم الجرائم الأقتصادية فى هذا العصر وأنها صورة من صور الجريمة المنظمة وبالنظر إلى التطور التقنى الذى يشهده هذا العصر ففى الغالب يلجأ مرتكبى الجريمة للوسائل التقنية المتطورة وذلك لإخفاء المصدر الحقيقى لأموالهم الغير مشروعة .وإدراكا من المشرع المصرى والسعودى بجسامة تلك الجريمة وصعوبة مكافحتها أنشئت جهات خاصة لتقوم بالتحرى والاستدلال للكشف عن هذه الجريمة ولها أن تطلب من جهات التحقيق التحفظ على الأموال وفرض المشرع عدة التزامات على المؤسسات المالية وغيرها للحيلولة دون استخدامها فى أعمال الغسل |

| Summary, etc. | The money laundry crime is one of the most serious economic crimes in this age and it represents a form of the organized crime. Due to the technological and technical development witnessed by this age, the criminals often resort to the technical advanced methods in order to conceal the real origin of their illegal monies.<br/>In recognition from the Saudi and Egyptian legislator of the gravity of this crime and the difficulty of combating it, specific authorities were established to investigate and detect this crime. Such authorities have, by investigation, the right to have the monies reserved and imposed many obligations on the financial institutions and others to prevent using such institutions in the works of laundry.<br/>Considering the crime of money laundry as one of the organized crimes, it is difficult to combat this crime without an effective cooperation between all the nations and countries. This cooperation is represented in the legal mutal assistance between the countries executing the foreign penal rules and slandering the sentenced criminals. |
