خلصنا من هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإرهاب في اللغة يعني الترويع والتخويف والفزع وكمصطلح يعني أعمال العنف والقوة التي تمارسها الدول والجماعات والأفراد وانه في الإسلام يعني خروج طائفة مسلحة لإشاعة الفوضى وسلب الأموال. وانتهينا كذلك إلى أن الإرهاب له دوافع سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية وإعلامية ، وخلصنا إلى أنه رغم المحاولات الفقهية ورغم الاتفاقيات والمؤتمرات الدولية التي عقدت إلا أنه لم يتم التوصل إلى تعريف عام وشامل لجميع صور وأشكال الإرهاب. وانتهينا إلى أن الإرهاب يتخذ صورا وأشكالا متعددة مثل الاختطاف والتخريف ، وخلصنا إلى أن الإسلام وضع عقوبات رادعة للجرائم الإرهابية ، وانتهينا إلى أن هناك اتفاق عربي المحاربة الإرهاب يتمثل في الاتفاقيات العربية لمكافحة الإرهاب والى أن الدول العربي والأجنبية أدخلت نصوص جديدة في تشريعاتها لمكافحة الإرهاب والى أن المنظمات الدولية لجأت إلى إبرام الاتفاقيات المتعددة للقضاء على الإرهاب I have divided this research, which is called" terrorism - Comparative study" into prefix chapter and two other chapters as well as a termination and recommendations as the following.
The prefix chapter which is specialized to definë terrorism in language, idiom and the Islamic law.
The first chapter which is specialized to identify terrorism and its reasons. So it has been divided into three other small chapters.
We specialized the first chapter to the study of the reasons and motives of terrorism.
The second chapter to study the legal concept and doctrinal concept for terrorism.
The third chapter for the study of the forms and picture of terrorism.
We specialized the second chapter for the study of how to face the phenomenon of terrorism. So it has been divided into other three small ones:
We specialized the first chapter for the study of how to face terrorism in the Islamic law and so we specialized it for the study of lawful treatment for terrorism in the law of some Arabian countries.
We specialized the third chapter for the study of how to face terrorism in some international organizations and the comparative law.
I ended my research with a brief termination, the most important recommendations the suggestions and a list of the references and the content.
