تناولت الدراسة شرح تفصيلي للأزمات المالية واسباب ظهورها ، وتعرضت الدراسة لازمة الكساد العالمي الكبير أزمة ۱۹۲۹ واوجه الشبه بينها وبين ازمة ۲۰۰۸ ، كيفية إدارة الأزمات وكيفية مواجهتها ، وما هي الدروس المستفادة من
الأزمات السابقة.
تم تناولت الدراسة عجز الموازنة العامة في مصر كازمة دائمة وكيفية التعامل معها وحلها وكذلك أثر جائحة كورونا على الإقتصاد المصري.
وقدمت الدراسة بعض المقترحات التي من شأنها تساعد في إدارة الأزمات المالية.
وتوصلت الدراسة لبعض النتائج أهمها :
اعتماد الدولار كعملة دولية وحيدة قد تسبب في عدة أزمات انعكست آثارها على الإقتصاد العالمي، لذلك لابد من إيجاد سلة من العملات الدولية حتى لا
يسهل التأثير عليها.
توجيه أموال القروض للمشاريع المتوسطة والصغيرة لتمويل المشاريع الإنتاجية وليس لتغطية النفقات الجارية لدور هذه المشاريع في خفض البطالة
والحد من نسبة الفقر في المجتمع.

The study provided a detailed explanation of financial crises and the reasons for their emergence. The study also dealt with the Great Depression, the crisis of 1929, and the similarities between it and the crisis of 2008.
The study also covered how to manage crises, how to confront them, and
what are the lessons learned from previous crises.
Finally, the study addressed the general budget deficit in Egypt, as a permanent crisis, and how to deal with and solve it, as well as the impact of the Corona pandemic on the Egyptian economy.
The study presented some suggestions that would help in managing financial crises.
The study reached some results, the most important of which are:
Adopting the dollar as the sole international currency has caused several crises, the effects of which were reflected in the global economy, therefore, it is necessary to create a basket of international currencies so that they are not easily influenced.
Directing loan funds to medium and small projects to finance productive projects and not to cover current expenses for the role of these projects in reducing unemployment and reducing the poverty rate in society.
