N2  - بعد العقد الإداري من أهم موضوعات القانون الإداري - كما إنه يحتل مكانة هامة بين الوسائل التي تلجأ إليها الإدارة في تسيير مرافقها العامة ومن ثم فإن الحكم ببطلان إي عقد إداري يؤثر على الاقتصاد القومي وعدم جزب المستثمرين لإقامة مشروعات في مصر لذلك كان يتعين البحث عن وسيلة لتفادي والحد من أحكام بطلان العقود الإدارية فمصدر القرار الجمهوري بقانون رقم 32 لسنة 2014 الخاص بتنظيم بعض إجراءات الطعن على عقود الدولة ثم صدر القرار الجمهوري بقانون رقم 179 لسنة 2015 بتعديل بعض أحكام قانون الاستثمار حيث نص على إنشاء لجنة وزارية لفض منازعات الاستثمار تختص بالنظر فيما يقدم إليه من شكاوي تنشأ

Hence, the ruling invalidating any administrative contract that affects the national economy and not attracting investors to establish projects in Egypt, it was necessary to search for a way to avoid Reducing the provisions for the invalidity of administrative contracts. The source of the Republican Decree Law No. 32 of 2014 regulating some procedures for appealing state contracts. Then the Republican Decree was issued by Law No. 179 of 2015 amending some provisions of the Investment Law, where it stipulated the establishment of a ministerial committee for the settlement of investment disputes to consider what is submitted to it.
