N2  - تتناول هذه الدراسة المواجهة القانونية للجرائم الإلكترونية فى مجال المعلومات: حيث اكتسبت تقنية المعلومات مزايا بفضل تطورها المستمر فى مجالات عديدة و متنوعة: و لكنها فى نفس الوقت تحمل فى طياتها العديد من المخاطر و الأضرار التى تلحق بالبشرية عندما تكون كذلك. سوء الاستخدام: و تؤدى هذه المخاطر إلى جرائم إلكترونية. إن الجرائم الإلكترونية التى هى محور دراسة الباحث لها أساليب و صور متعددة: بعضها يتخذ  نظام المعلومات وسيلة لارتكابها: و بعضها يقع على نظام المعلومات نفسه. تكمن أهمية موضوع البحث فى إلقاء الضوء على خطورة الجرائم الإلكترونية من حيث التأثير على العديد من مصالح المجتمع: لا سيما البنوك من خلال المعاملات الإلكترونية و السحب من الأرصدة بواسطة البطاقات الممغنطة أو الدفع الإلكترونى. يتناول هذا الموضوع أيضا قضايا المساس بالحياة الخاصة للأفراد من خلال الدخول غير القانونى إلى نظام المعلومات أو الحسابات الخاصة للأفراد و الوقوف على السياسة الجنائية للمشرع المصرى و مدى نجاحها فى مواجهة هذه الظاهرة الإجرامية المستحدثة للحد منها: و تحقيق الرسالة الرادعة للمشرع التى يخاطب بها الجمهور من المجتمع و التى توضح العقوبات على هؤلاء. بالإضافة إلى الردع الخاص للجانى الذى يرتكب هذه الجريمة: و شرح العوامل الأمنية كإجراء وقائى ضد إساءة استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا المعرفة: و التى يمكن من خلالها الاستفادة من هذه الدراسة فى مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية الناشئة عن هذه الاستخدامات; Walid Abd elAzim Nasr Ahmed, Legal confrontation of cybercrime in the field of information, college of Law, Cairo University, supervised by professor, Dr. Ahmed Fathi Sorour.
This study deals with the legal confrontation of cybercrime in the field of information, as information technology has gained advantages thanks to its continuous development in many and varied fields, but at the same time it carries with it many risks and damages to humanity when it is misused, and these risks result in electronic crimes.
The electronic crimes, which are the focus of the researcher's study, have multiple methods and images, some of which are the information system as a means to commit them, and some of them fall on the information system itself.
The importance of the research topic lies in shedding light on the seriousness of cybercrime in terms of affecting many of the interests of society, in particular banks through electronic transactions and withdrawals from balances by magnetic cards or electronic payment.
This topic also deals with issues of prejudice to the private lives of individuals through illegal entry into the information system or private accounts of individuals.
Standing at the criminal policy of the Egyptian legislator and the extent of its success in confronting this newly created criminal phenomenon to reduce it and achieving the deterrent message of the legislator with which he addresses the public from the community, which clarifies the penalties for these crimes, in addition to the special deterrence of the offender who commits this crime. Explaining the security factors as a preventive measure against the misuse of the means of knowledge technology, through which this study can be used in combating the electronic crimes arising from these uses.
