N2  - تركز هذه الدراسة على علاقات المستهلكين الالكترونية الدولية التى تتم عبر الانترنت حيث نجد هذه العلاقات قد لحقت جوانب الحياة المختلفة  و كان لزاما ان يصاحبها بعض المنازعات التى تثار بشان هذه العقود لاى سبب كان وقد  جرى التطوير و التحديث على قواعد القانون الدولى الخاص لتواكب هذا التنوع و التطور فى العلاقات الدولية الخاصة حيث انتقلت قواعده من وظيفتها المحايدة إلى أن أصبحت تلعب دورا مهما فى إعادة التوازن للعلاقات العقدية فى عقود الاستهلاك الدولية فنجد أن الكثير من التشريعات الوطنية و الدولية قد أولت المستهلك عظيم اهتمامها خصوصا فى عقود المستهلكين العابرة للحدود و بصفة خاصة فى تعاقداتهم عبر الانترنت; This study focuses on international electronic consumer relationships that are made through the Internet, where we find that these relations have suffered various aspects of life, and had to be accompanied by some of the disputes that arise on these contracts for any reason.
There has been the development and changes on the rules of private international law to keep pace with her diversity and evolution in international relations, where rules moved from it's neutrality, impartiality to play important role in restoring balance to the contractual relations in the international consumer contracts.
We find that a lot of national and international legislation has given the consumer a great interest, especially in consumer contracts cross-border and particularly in their contracts via the Internet. Where we find that clear in giving the consumer safety absolute about the best way to settle his Disputes with vocational. It is also for the rules applicable to such disputes and all serve the interests of the consumer in terms of time and space and costs.
Thus, the line of consumer disputes electronic walking and clearly to hurt in the end for the benefit of the consumer, where it is to choose the best way to settle his Disputes with professional either to resort to means of electronic cross-arbitration-mail or to have recourse to the Court of usual residence, and that the realization of the rules applicable only be for rules that pose greater protection for him
