However, these procedures and the powers exercised by the police officer in order to achieve these objectives the development of criminal law have restrictions should not be beyond it constitute a sure guarantee for the protection of fundamental rights of individuals first, as well as being a guarantee of the police himself to raise liability against him, and whatever kind II
